2. No Phone Number Collection

Your phone number is never collected or stored. We limit the personal data we request to only what’s necessary to provide you with the best service, ensuring that your privacy is protected at every step.

3. Document Handling & Retention

At LexiTrove, we handle your documents with the utmost confidentiality. We believe your data belongs to you, and we follow strict protocols to protect it.

  • Redaction or Information Extraction: Documents submitted for redaction or information extraction are deleted immediately once the request is processed. We do not store these files beyond that point.
  • Summarization and Question Answering (QA): Documents processed for summarization or QA are stored for up to 3 days from your last interaction. This short retention period allows you to continue working on your content without delay. After 3 days, they are permanently deleted from our system.
